Movie Reviews of Vampires Suck

  • Vampires Suck was surely a movie that lived up to it's name. I knew what I was getting myself into by going to see this movie but somehow that didn't stop me. I still purchased my ticket and went to see it. Keep in mind, I am a huge Twi-heart and I am obsessed with the twilight saga. But lately it's become a bit too much hysteria. I wanted to see a movie poking fun at the popular franchise. The movie opened up that same way Twilight did but with minor adjustments. For example, they exaggerated nearly everything (as expected with a parody). As the movie progressed it didn't get much better. Sadly enough, the movie theater was full with the same teenage girl dynamic that you would find in the original twilight audience. It's like they saw this as a lost part of the saga. I was amused from that moment forward. The movie had some memorable scenes. I especially loved when they poked fun at 'Jersey Shore' and 'The Secret Life of The American Teenager' . I think they picked a good Edward and Bella (who they renamed Becca) they imitated their counterparts flawlessly. I would NOT recommend anybody to see this movie, but at the end of the day, I had a few laughs.

  • Vampire Sucks is a very bad movie. Just like Epic and Disaster Movie with the lack of a plot. It's just one stupid joke after another.

  • Vampires Suck :: Rated PG-13:: Rating 1/5

    This movie is basically a parody of the Twilight Saga films.
    Basically the "Scary Movie" version.
    It seemed like the first half was the whole first movie with all the minor
    details it seemed to re-act. It made me feel like I was watching Twilight all over again, just in a more comical sense.
    Though when they started to bring in the 2nd and 3rd movie, those just seemed to skim by. I felt it could have been a more balanced film and they should have probably showed a few more mainstream actors.
    I can honestly say I was bored throughout the whole movie. Definitely not reccomended.
