- Review of V for Vendetta
First of all lets get this out of the way, the movie is amazing and the right amount of lenght. Its about a new goverment in the uk and how it utilizes fear to manipulate the people by using the media, mostly. This concept really reminded me of nazis and hitler, now that i recall the villain looks a lot like hitler.
So then you get to know the protagonist a woman who is easily manipulated and wants to change this really deep inside her. One night she decides to go on a date but as the goverment is really sh*t they didnt allow people to leave their houses that night, so you know the rest she gets caught and a misterious masked man comes to save the day. Predictable so far.
But as the story goes on there are a lot of twist, planning to genius level of V that will make you OH MAH GAWD and you will see that every small bit of actions, things ect. count, as they will be connected be the end of the movie.
V speeches are really entertaining and so true that you can relate to them.
There are like 3 main action sequences in the movie but they are really good, anything else is V being cool, blabering about ideas and culture and soceity.
In conclusion, great action, amazing twists (OH MAH GAWD level) and a deep philosophical thinking and reflexion that you wont forget.
