Movie Reviews of Up In The Air
- I recently watch the Award-Winning film "Up in the Air" featuring actor, George Clooney. I found it to be a thoughtful piece about corporate America. It highlights our inability to connect emotionally to others, while putting on a facade that we care intimately about someone we hardly know.
Clooney's portrayal of a man who fires others for a living while racking up flyer miles is more endearing than heartless, which was a welcome surprise on my end. A cast of relative newcomers held up quite brightly to Clooney's star power. I enjoyed the performances.
