Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of all action movies - but this was quite terrible. The "character development" scenes were poorly written and simply painful to watch. The action got me to perk up in my seat for a few minutes, but those scenes didn't last nearly long enough and I found myself just wanting to movie to end. Re-rent the first one instead if you want something fun to watch, this one simply isn't worth the effort.
