Movie Reviews of The Road
- The Road
The Road is the surprisingly touching story of a man and his son who have survived an appocolyptic series of natural disasters, and now must find a way to reach a southern destination where they can survive "the long winter" (new ice age). Along the way, they meet up with several other human survivors, and embark on a journey that will send chills down your spine.
Many of the events in this film are not suitable for children, and would require a lengthy explaination in order for children to even understand... but you probably don't want them to understand why a father would ever consider killing his son to ensure his son wouldn't be tortured and eaten alive by canibals.
- THE ROAD STARRING VIGGO MORTENSEN,CHARLIZE THERON,KODI SCHMIDT MCPHEE,
THIS MOVIE CAME OUT AT CHRISTMAS IT WAS THE WRONG TIME FOR IT IN A FESTIVE TIME OF THE YEAR THIS MOVIE WAS SAD AND DEPRESSING AND NOT UP TO VIGGO MORTENSEN'S USUAL ACTING EXCELLENCE, IT MIGHT HAVE DONE BETTER AT A DIFFERENT TIME IN THE YEAR BUT I DOUBT IT.
