Movie Reviews of The Informant
- I recently saw The Informant! at the theater and was looking forward to a funny movie. This is one of those movies where they show all the funny parts in the previews. It seemed to drag a little bit in the middle so much so that I looked at my watch and considered leaving but decided to stick it out. I think I was more tired when I left the movie than when I went in! The movie....it wasn't difficult to follow or overly complex it was just slow and overall I was disappointed.
- the informant was actually quite entertaining. there was a lot of corporate humor and irony that some would not appreciate but I definitely did. Matt damon was probably the best for this role, and I was truly surprised by the outcome of the story. In a way this is most likely what corporations are doing today, stealing millions of dollars from each other and fixing the markets so they can make the most profit. I'd rate it a B+
