I went to see this movie with high hopes that it would not only be bloody but also very interesting. Can I just say that I was hugely disappointed. Yes the movie was somewhat bloody, especially in the beginning, but where there was no action it lacked any appeal to me. The movie went by slowly at one point when I left to go to the snack counter to get a soda, I got back and they were still talking. Arnold Swartzanigger and Bruce Willis were in the movie only 5 minutes. Needless to say a waste of $20, if you really want to see it wait until it comes out on DVD.
- The Expendables was a fantastic movie filled with blood and gore. Also, it had about every great action movie actor in the business. It is a great movie to see with your guy friends.

From fast paced action scenes full of gunplay and explosions to the romantic interest that fuels this story, “The Expendables” is a movie that most Americans can relate to. The movie opens up with a bang, showing off the big guns and fancy moves that the crew in the expendables have access to. Going through the movie in a quick pace, there is tons and tons of Action!
Once the characters have been developed, the movie sort of plays into what most would call a “play of words” … just without the words part! Action, Action, and more Action follow every second of this movie. There are a few romantic interests to be found, but they are both based on the “macho of man” and only make the movie filled with more action.
Regardless of what kind of movie you like, the expendables is a movie that nearly everyone with a good sense of humor and open mind can relate to and have a good laugh at.
- I watched the movie The Expendables with just a glimmer of hope. But after I watched it I was very impressed with the nice KABOOMS and great fighting. The action stars mix good humour with there ass kicking. And right in the middle was a part that mad me tear up. I highly reccomend.
