Movie Reviews of Piranha 3D
- Piranha 3D.
This movie would be a great action movie if it would lose some of the porn. I don't understand how it made it to the movie screen. You could find less sexual content in a playboy movie. The ending also sucked you know have to wait and see if they make another to find out what happens. Three thumbs down on this one.
- Piranha 3D: If you've seen the 70s version of this movie, you really don't need to waste your time on this pile of garbage. The acting is subpar, the plot is mostly nonexistant, and a penis gets launched at your face. The only memorable scene will be the part where two women swim in the nude for roughly 3 1/2 minutes, in 3D. But if you like cheap thrills, with lots of gore, you might enjoy it.
- It's definitely worth it,The acting was good, with no one really acting great.Blood and Gore is served inlitres and there's a lot of nudity as well. not ideal for young children.
- Piranha 3D
Prehistoric piranhas are unleashed in Lake Victoria after an earthquake opens a fissure underwater on the weekend of spring break. Thousands of kids have converged on the Lake to release their inhibitions and party like there is no tomorrow - and for some there won't be. Julie Forester (Elizabeth Shue) is the town sheriff trying to keep law and order on this wild weekend, along with Deputy Fallon (Ving Rhames). One of the first to go is Matt Boyd (Richard Dreyfus in an homage to Matt Hooper of Jaws).Julie's son (Steven R. McQueen) is persuaded by a wanna-be porn videographer (Jerry O'Connell) to play tour guide on a yacht which gets him out into the middle of the lake and sets up all kinds of piranha vs human mayhem, including a rescue by his mom, the sheriff.
It's all kinds of fun and great for fans of the genre!
