Movie Reviews of No Country for Old Men
- I think the movie No Country for Old Men is a great movie. The acting alone in the movie is stunning. Often times when a movie has been adapted for the screen from a book it falls flat, but in this case, the movie was just as good as the book by Cormac McCarthy. It's a brilliant storyline with a villian you hate but he keeps you completely intrigued. Tommy Lee Jones is brilliant as the aging sherriff who doesn't know what to do with the modern day killer who kills with a weapon they just can't seem to make out right away. There are highly comic moments too that are some of my favorites of all time. I have seen this movie half a dozen times and I always notice something new that I missed in previous views. It's violent, yes, but that is what the story is about. You always root for the hero even if you've seen it a hundred times. No Country for Old Men is a classic that you have to see.
