Movie Reviews of Hairspray
- The movie "Hairspray" was a great film. It took place in Baltimore, and it was about a young, overweight girl named Tracy with a big dream. It was also in the time of segregation, and when blacks and whites couldn't do anything together. Tracy got into her favorite TV show, but wanted her colored friends to be allowed to go on with her too. In the end, the show let colored people and white people on the show, and Tracy was so happy! Great movie...10+ for language and topics that might seem confusing and difficult.
