This is a well researched and well directed movie by Clint Eastwood. Set in 1928 in Los Angeles, its about a mother whose child goes missing. When the child is eventually returned to her, she firmly believes that its not her child. She goes on to fight against the tyrannical police department and suffers a lot before successfully winning a legal case against the police department. All the actors have done an exceptional job especially Angelina Jolie who has realistically potrayed the anguish of a mother.
