Review:
From the director of “ Old School” , here comes the hilarious masterpiece–The Hangover. Director Todd Philips has proved it again that smart script and a comic interplay between the cast can result in a masterpiece with a whopping box office collection of over $27.7 million.
The Hangover is a story about a guy who goes out for his bachelor party with two of his best friends Phil and Stu (BRADLEY COOPER and ED HELMS) and a tag along i.e. his future brother-in-law Alan (ZACH GALIFIANAKIS). Obviously the cast of The Hangover would have been interesting with four completely different characters but even the story adds to the humor when after one night in Las Vegas nobody remembers what exactly happened last night. Also the three friends then figured out that the friend who is supposed to get married is missing. Then in The Hangover, three friends decide to trace back every single event which happened last night in order to find their friend (Doug) so that they could take him for his marriage on time. Then the story of The Hangover unleashes its comedy when all its main characters when trying to trace back the happenings of last night, figure out the deep trouble they are in by their decisions they took last night.
Clearly The Hangover displays a combination of strong story, good direction and nice acting which has resulted in a good comedy
