Review:
If one is an action freak then Armored is for them. Though a slow start may seem boring but then the director has ensured that the movie (Armored) picks speed after some time. Armored is a story about a bunch of officers at a transport security company who put their lives to risk when they take a decision upon robbing their own company. Even despite of a so called great plan, the men actually planned on making a fortune without harming any one. But then there is an interesting twist of event when an unexpected or unwanted witness turns up and interferes, then the plan quickly starts to fail and everything comes to end. One of the most exciting parts about the movie is the unique or different car chase where two trucks are chasing each other. One has never seen something of this sort and this could be one of the best car chases.
In short Armored is indeed a good movie which has a good cast and a good director but is a turn off when it comes to a disturbed end. Armored can be termed as apprehensive movie which takes time to get moving but gradually turns into a modest operand, compromised in the third act by an exceptionally large and easily avoidable plot hole. Definitely Armored is not the classic of its genre but then it has something for those people who enjoy action movies. Armored is actually a so – so movie which has its theme based upon heist which is basic, brutal and sometimes a bit clumsy and definitely lacks something which could make it more interesting.
